The Hank Poore Foundation had the great joy of joining Down Syndrome Alabama for their CHAMPS meeting and presenting a grant for this wonderful program. The Hank Poore Foundation exists to create community and inclusion for the disability community in Alabama. Down Syndrome Alabama’s goals perfectly align with ours at HPF. Together, we are advancing advocacy. Whether through athletics, recreation, or programs like CHAMPS, we are all about connection. This donation will change the lives of so many!
